  5. I will truly miss my special and long-time friend, Betty. We had many adventures together at our North Carolina mountain house, especially shopping at festivals in nearby towns. Betty was game for anything and afraid of nothing! We were all close friends in the Business Departments, and each of us was aware of how well-prepared Betty was for every day and how much she enjoyed knowing each student. Her students knew that she cared about them.

Amy and Tyler, your grandmother talked about you and was so proud of you. I know you will miss her and remember her as such a fun-loving grandmother! May God provide comfort to your families as you hear from so many friends who treasured her.
