I remember it being so fricking cold we had to cuddle throughout the night in our sleep bags…I don't think I've ever been that cold….Mean while Chris was all comfy cozy in his minus 20 sleeping bag

I love and will miss you my friend. We have been best friends since we were little. So much of life and growing up was spent with you. Running around building forts in the woods, football, wrestling, and just going through life dealing with the same things and the same time. I’m so glad we got to spend some time together this last summer. You have always been there for me and the memories we shared were unique. I will miss you man.

Erik was my brother. I lived with him for 18 years of my life. I’ll miss my brother dearly. May he rest in peace.
