  1. My sincerest condolences to the Horne family! Although I only got to know Tootsie for a short time delivering Food4Kids food bags to Idylwild and Archer Elementary Schools together last year, I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and time together. She was a delightful soul, whom I felt I had known for years! Rest in Peace forever, Tootsie, in the loving arms of our Lord!🙏🙏🙏

  2. To the Horne family.
I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Tootsie as we grew up in Melbourne and going to Melbourne High School. She was friends with one of my best friends and we had hours of fun as teenagers in the 60’s!
May she rest in the loving arms of her maker for eternity. Loving memories of her. Condolences to the family. She will be fondly remembered.

  3. Toots was my big sister but not technically. We were double 1st cousins and I won’t try to explain that. Tootsie, the only thing that I can think of to say right now is that….I always thought that I’d see you again. Love you.

  4. Pictured are azaleas from outside Tootsie’s trailer at the family property. These flowers represent well Tootsie’s vibrant, beautiful, and colorful soul. Tootsie we love you and will remember you until we meet again.

  5. Toots was my older sister but not technically. She was my double 1st cousin (I won’t try to explain that) it’s complicated. We grew up two houses away. The only thing I can think of right now is ..Toots, I always thought I’d see you again. I pray that I will. Love you!
