Gary Arthur Gack, age 81, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away on February 2,2024. Gary leaves behind his loving wife Judy, Schnapps, his miniature schnauzer & his absolutely best friend and brother Ken as well as 2 grown daughters, Romy and Mandy. Gary held an MBA from Wharton and it was while doing that, in his spare time, that he met 1 of his dearest friends, Ed Lodge. Dennis (Ghost), Rob and other techies were very important friends to him as well. His consultant work took him to countries including Germany and many Asian countries. His love of nature centered around visiting US National Parks as well as fly fishing. Gary will be greatly missed by his family and friends, who will cherish the times they had with him.

Gary & Judy are our neighbors, living about 4 houses away. We have fond memories of the adventurous road trips they would take each year in their camper. Gary sent out emails describing where they were & what the saw. Great memories! Gary was a wonderful guy & he will be missed!
Gary Gack gave me my first break in IT in 1971. He hired me in Long Beach Ca for contract in Charleston West Virginia. I am forever grateful to Gary for the start in my long career in IT. I remember his daughter's names as Romy and Mandy, I think. I am so grateful for his belief in me. Now at 79, I still remember this pipe smoking handsome and generous man. Also remember his story of hitch hiking to Alaska. I will never forget Gary Gack.
