Gary Normand McKiernan, age 72, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away January 3, 2019 at his home in Jacksonville surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 17, 1946 in Newark, New Jersey, son of Normand and Dorothy (Walton) McKiernan. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the McKiernan family.

Remember Gary very fondly when we were growing up in the Bloomfield/ Nutley area. He was always a very, very nice guy who surely will be missed by all who knew him.
I’m having a hard time believing you are reall in heaven with the Lord. You were a truly wonderful boy who grew to be a wonderful man. I can’t think of anyone nicer than you Gary. Be at peace now and out of pain. One day we wil all be with you again.
