Genetta Faye(McCoy) Harris,70, of Cedar Key, Fl went home to be with the Lord on Saturday July 30, 2022 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center, after a long battle with her health.
Genatta was born March 20, 1952 in Sybial,W.V. to Sammy Cecil and Rosie(Simmons) McCoy. She was baptized at birth at St. Francis Hospital in South Charleston, W.V.
She was a stubborn but loving woman, who loved spending time with family. She loved watching her Dallas Cowboys play. She had a witty sense of humor, that would have you laughing to the point you was crying. She was also very outspoken if you made her mad or messed with her family.
She is survived by her sons: Robert Bolding, Donnie(Mark) Bolding, Stanley(Alivia) Gilbert and John(Krystal) Boyle. Seven grandchildren: David and Shaun Gilbert, John(Tatyana) Boyle JR., Trinity(Patrick) Boyle, Justin Boyle, Maleva and Duane Stone. One Great Grandaughter Naomi Rose Boyle, and numerous nieces and nephews. Sisters: Wanda Baker, Dreama (Denny) Tricroft and Martha Craig.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Loretta(Kay) Williams, Bonnie Durfee and Doris Browning. Brothers: Earl McCoy, Robert(Bob) McCoy, and Cecil McCoy.
She will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Memorial Cemetary with her family.
