Gregory Jim Demasters

Gregory Jim Demasters of Trenton, FL went home to be with the Lord and Savior on August 14, 2022. Born on February 19, 1957 in Cincinnati, OH to Clarence and Arlene Demasters. Jim was married on October 13, 2004 to Barbara Demasters.

He was Preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Arlene Demasters, as well as his sister Cindy O Donnalo, and his grandson Jaxon Kade Bennett. 

Jim leaves behind Sister, Sandy Reynold and family, Billie Anderson, Gainesville, FL; Beverly Wright of Tennessee; and Callie of Toledo, OH . One Daughter, Kimberly Bennett; two grandsons Kaden and Kolby Bennett of Chiefland, FL. As well as one Son, Brent Cherony of Trenton, FL. 

Jim was a member of One Way Church in Chiefland. He loved doung woodwork, fishing, and spendng time with his grandsons as well as helping his wife, Barb run The Gainesville Sun for over 25 years. 

He was at Haven Hospice and went peacefully in his sleep.
