  1. Your mama was a sweet friend. We first meet at the lake around 2008-09. She always wanted me to bring her back some Koegel hot dogs when my family and I came back from our annual summer vacation in MI. She will be greatly missed. I'm sure she's having a wonderful reunion with my late mother-in-law Susan, as well as several other Duhon family members, and Russell.

  2. It was an honor to be part of her care. She truly made each day a great one, and made us all feel loved. She will be dearly missed ❤️

  3. Janet was a close part of our family! She was an amazing Park Attendant at Rayburn and joined our family every time we  had our reunion. She gave me her cell phone and we would talk frequently and even called after Mom passed back in July! I will miss her calls and our phone visits! Rest in peace my friend!

  4. Rayne ,as we knew her, always had twinkling eyes and a smile on her face. She was always ready to help any way she could with my mother. We were very blessed to have her as a neighbor and more than that to have her as a friend. She raised a wonderful family and was a blessing to her father. We all will surely miss her.

  5. I met Janet at MMC,she trained me as morning cook,I will always remember her great sense of humor. After she left I didn't talk to her much, but got reunited on FB, a few yrs back she came to Michigan, and visited with me at the Smokehouse where I worked, she was still the silly woman as I remembered. Sence then we would chat on FB& messenger, especially if a good storm was coming. She will always have a place in my heart. Gone but not forgotten

  6. Oh so so sorry we all loved her !!! Hardest working person we know showing she cared for all at the Rv park we laughed a lot I even helped her when no one was around went out her way to provide each and everyone whatever t they needed . Remember going with her to eat lunch shopping in Lufkin her and Rush coming to our house to see use . Oh how she took care of Rush was tough on her mind and body . Loving her kids and grandchildren was at her top of the list . Peoples came to this park to just spend time with them both. Oh Jan had Easter for the kids in the park and the special hand out for the kids was something she loved to do . I will always remember her loving heart and the things we shared , miss her always

  7. Renee was the kindest human to me when I married her brother David Camp. She always welcomed me and treated me very kindly. David passed away five years ago and she was there to provide me support. This is just one example of her selflessness. She was a true care giver and spent her life worrying about others. May she Rest In Peace. Kiss and hug David for me until we meet again!

  8. RIP to our sweet Janet “Renee” Landes. We love you and know that you are in a better place with Russ. I am thinking of Jayme and the rest of the family. We love you.

  9. I have no way to express how much Jan meant to my kids and I. She was my "adopted" mom and my kids "adopted" NaNa. Our summer vacations at the lake will never be the same without her there. She was a joy and shining light to so many people and she will forever be remembered. We love and miss you so very much Mom, I'll see you again though. Love Wesley, AshLynn and Sarah
