Janet Lou Hodge

Janet Hodge (90) passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024 In Jacksonville, Florida.

Janet Hodge was born in Indiana and moved to her happy home in Jacksonville where she was active in Garden Club, Resale ventures, and church membership at Fruit Cove Baptist Church. Janet Hodge was talented in the art of acquiring and turned her hobby into design and decorating projects. Janet especially liked fashion, bingo, and reading her Bible. 

She will be missed by family and friends. 

Preceded in death by her loving husband David Lee Hodge and survived by her sons David L. Hodge II (Patrice), Stephen M. Hodge (Cathy) and grandchildren Morgan Hodge Chaikin (Jeff), Nichole C. Hodge (Shannon), Michael C. Hodge, and sister-in-law Betty Ruth and family.. 

A celebration of Life service will be arranged at Fruit Cove Baptist Church 501 State Road 13 St. Johns, Florida 32259 at a future date.  Thank you for remembering Janet Hodge and her family in your prayers.
