Jerrilyn Ann Calhoun died on May 22, 2025, at 61 years old at Hospice in Ocala, Florida. She was born July 5, 1963, in Syosset, New York. She was the daughter of Joseph and Audrey Calhoun who had a total of 7 children. Jerrilyn graduated from Sachem High School class of 1981. After High School she married Charles DiSalvo who served in the U.S. Army. They had 3 kids during his service in the U.S. Army. After being discharged, they returned to New York to raise their 3 children. Jerrilyn and Charles separated but remained married.
Jerrylin attended nursing school and became a License Practical Nurse. In 1999, Jerrilyn then moved to Vandergrift, Pennsylvania where her kids finished school. Jerrilyn moved all around western Pennsylvania until finally residing in Ocala, Florida in 2020. She moved in with her younger brother John and his wife Michele Calhoun to help care for her brother. This is where she finally found peace. She was content with the warm weather, a pool, family, and her pets to comfort her.
Jerrilyn was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Audrey Calhoun. Her late husband Charles DiSalvo.
Jerrilyn is survived by her eldest son Christopher and his wife Adryon DiSalvo. Her youngest son Jonathan, his wife Kristen DiSalvo, and her granddaughter Scarlet DiSalvo. Her only daughter Stephanie DiSalvo and her grandson Aaron Logan. Her oldest brother Joseph and his wife Lynn Calhoun. Her oldest sister Wendy and her husband Erol Boza. Her older sister Linda Calhoun. Her younger sister Susan and her husband Jim Cooper. Her younger brother Jim and his wife Marie Calhoun. Her youngest brother John and his wife Michele Calhoun. Many nieces and nephews she will be survived by.
