Didn’t really know Joe as an adult, but growing up through high school and playing sports at Tallulah Park he was a good guy. Sorry to hear of his passing and my condolences to the family.
Always a nice friendly guy! May he rest peacefully in the arms of our Lord and may God give peace to all who knew Joe and love him

We lost a truly great guy and a cherished classmate. I spoke with Joe before our reunion in April hoping he could join us but his treatments had him too weak to be with us. He was a fighter till the end. Wishing happy memories to his daughters and know that he was loved by so many others.
I knew Joe in high school. He was a very friendly, nice person that everyone loved. I’m not surprised that Joe was a great husband, father and grandfather. I’m very thankful Joe had such a happy and successful life. He is with our Lord now and in perfect health!
Praying for peace and comfort for all the family and friends.

I enjoyed working with Joe through the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America. He was always a good friend and supporter of student education. His impact will not be forgotten.
I really enjoyed knowing Joe during our school years, considered him a friend, and from living in North Shore on Tallulah as well as playing park sports. A really nice guy. Godspeed.
Joe was practically my grandfather, I don’t even remember before he was around! He’s been there over half of my life. the news of his passing broke my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to his children, grandchildren, and my Mimi (Gail)
Thinking of you during this difficult time. I’m so sorry for your loss and want to extend my sympathies to you and your family. I know your father was a great man who will be greatly missed.
Joe & I worked at A. Philip Randolph, and I learned what a caring and good friend he was over the years. He really loved his two daughters, Kelly & Kristen. He and I worked in the evenings for Tulsa Welding School for many years. He taught Math, and I thought English review so students could get their high school equivalency and get into the welding program. We helped countless students get a career. He will be greatly missed. God bless you! Life well lived.
Hi Joey I love you and miss you you were the best
