Josephine (Jo) Ann Stone , died today at Cates Hospice House in Ocala FL March 30th2023 after a long illness. Born April 30th 1940 in Syracuse N.Y. to parents Grace Reichart Sellers and Gerald Sellers. She had 3 brothers Bob, Jerry and John and 3 sisters Geraldine, Noni and Ruth.
She was a High School Graduate at North High In Syracuse N.Y. She survived with her husband John R Stone Sr. whom she married on June 6th 1959. They together had 4 children. John Jr. (Diane) Stone Auburndale Fl., Julie Stone Liverpool N.Y., Jeffery (Kristina) Stone Liverpool N.Y. and Jennifer (Dan) Bambrick Of Cicero N.Y. They had 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. They moved to Ocala FL in 1994 from Liverpool N.Y.
Josephine's husband John writes; Throughout the years, with love and many tears, I’m lucky to have had someone so Dear. We’ve had times good and bad, we’ve had times both fun and sad. When someday my life is done … remember- the only love of my life has been my wife.

I will always remember my Aunt Jo for being one of the kindest people I knew, and regret not being unable to attend her funeral. She always made sure my sister and I received a Christmas card every year after my mother's (her sister Nona) death. Her special spirit will be greatly missed by all that knew her, and the world is a little dimmer without her light within it.
