Judy Holley

Judy C. Holley 80 of Ocala, FL passed away at home October 7th 2023. Judy was born September 25th 1943 in Pineville LA. to Arward and Juanita Dear. Judy married her husband Jim Holley in Alexandria LA. on June 5th 1965 after which they moved to East Peoria Il. Judy went on to become a nurse and raised her children there. After her beloved husband passed she moved to Murphysboro Il. to be near Neil, her youngest son's family.

She retired as a nurse at the age of 69 and was a member of her local Moose Lodge 1591 in Murphysboro Il. She enjoyed spending her summers camping with her oldest son Dave’s family at Stonefort Campground in Victoria Il. until she moved with them to Florida this past year.

She was survived by her sisters Pat Tannehill of Pineville LA. and Sue (Don) Tipton of Valparaiso Fl. Her sons David (Shannon) Holley of Ocala Fl. and Neil (Laurie) Holley of Carbondale Il. and her 4 grandchildren Austin, Aaron, Robert, and Lauren.
