Kathleen Rees (Nana Bug) 81, went to her heavenly home on August 25, 2024.
She was survived by her husband, Everette E. Rees Jr, that she dearly loved, 6 children, that she lived for, 2 stepchildren, that she would do anything for, and a host of grand and great grandchildren that she was so proud of.
Nana was a sweet soul that loved her Lord and Savior and always wanted to bless others the way she has been blessed. She loved giving with a cheerful heart, shopping and going out to eat with whoever could tagalong. She spent many days of her life at the ballfield and became a known loving name in the community. She is now at peace and in the arms of the angels. Fly high Nana Bug we all love you and will never forget your sweet gentle soul!

I will always remember sweet Kathy from our days at the park with PIA. She has the sweetest smile & was a bright light for everyone she knew. Fly high with the angels. Heaven is sweeter with you there.
I will always treasure the great times we were all together for so many wonderful family events, dinners, outings, and the football games at the Mahoney sissy’s homes. One very fond memory is when we sang Jesus loves me and you played the piano. 💗 love you sweet Angel! 🙏
She was my special friend let my son live with them so he could go to school at Paxton and they played ball at pia . She was always there for me and I loved helping her out at her restaurant. Such beautiful memories with her. We will see you again my sweet friend
