Lara-Lee Waggoner

Lara-Lee Byrd Waggoner, 83, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away May 7,2018 in Jacksonville. She was born September 21, 1934 in Van Wyck, South Carolina, daughter of James and Mary Byrd. Ms. Waggoner had a great love for gardening and also for animals. The family requests that donations be sent to the Human Society in honor of Ms. Waggoner.
