Leota Annette Chelmicki

December 9, 1938 ~ December 14, 2024

Sadly our beloved, Letoa A Chelmicki 86, passed away on December 14,2024. Leota was born December 9, 1938 to Leo and Eileen Skiff in Ohio. She worked in hospitality, and was known for her kindness, generosity, and compassion.
She had a big personality in a small package; she was a ball of fire who lived her life to the fullest!
Leota is survived by her three daughters, Diane Scott, Darlene Conklin, and Christine Wright, granddaughter Ashley R Harris and her great Grandson Raiden D Harris. Leota's greatest joy and accomplishments were the love of her daughters and being a Mom.
"God has her in his hands, she will forever be in our hearts"!

  1. My Aunt Lee was the kindest person I know! Always lit up when we walked in! Always the life of the party! Loved that adorable accent she had! Will be missed dearly! Luv you auntie!!! ❤️

  2. My greatest memories growing up with all our cousins together in Ohio and hanging out with our crazy Skiff sisters Audrey, Alberta and Leota at Uncle Jacks and Aunt Audrey’s  house on Engle road by the pool, and playing tap the ice box. What fond memories!!!!!

  3. Merry Christmas Mom!!! Miss you so very much. You were always my best friend and will ALWAYS be my best friend. Hugs & Kisses forever.

  4. Mom I'm so glad I got in touch with you again before you went to be with the Lord. You were such an important figure in my life. The love and trust you showed in me took a special person. Thanks for knowing my heart was in the right place. For that I will love you through eternity.

  5. You were such an amazing and loving woman Leota. You were everybody's Mama Lee. I'm going to miss your laughter and your smile. I love you.
