Marjorie Ann Grace, of Homosassa, Florida, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the age of 86 in Ocala Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Grace, mother, Bertha Hicks and step-father, Allen.Margie is survived by her sister, Debbie Tull (Sue) and her lab-mix Goldie, a Hurricane Katrina survivor.
Margie was born in Traverse City, Michigan on March 9, 1932 to Bertha and Edward Steiner and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. Margie lived in San Carlos, CA for 20 years and loved to travel to nearby San Francisco and go to restaurants, attend the theater and enjoy the beautiful sights of the city by the bay. After retiring to Homosassa, Margie and Jim enjoyed spending time with family and friends relaxing by the pool, socializing and enjoying music.
Margie liked to entertain friends and family, laugh and have a good time. She was a fan of the Turner Classic Movie Channel and could tell you the name of just about any actor/actress in any movie, who they were married to or what scandal they were involved in since the 1930's. She loved movies, old and new, music, reading and concerts.
She is greatly missed by her family and pup Goldie.
