Our dear mother Mary Anne Sharp passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the age of 85.
She was a wonderful mother who always tried her best to be there when we needed her most. Many times on her own as our father was a career military in the Navy out to sea 6 months at a time during many years of their marriage. Offering support, wisdom and love in abundance. A friend to many, she was a cherished member of the community in Old Town. Leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Sharp, daughter Donna J. Marriner, son Elmer H. (Butch) Hunt, son David A. Hunt, son in law Danny Emrich, son in law Raymond S. Burkhardt and leaves behind daughter, Elizabeth A. Tucker, daughter, Monica L. Sharp, son, Robert E. Sharp, daughter, Rhonda D. Burkhardt, daughter, Amy M. Huxford. 20 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
