Michele Curtis

"Michele (Missie) Costantino Curtis, 62, passed peacefully on Sunday April 11th, 2021 in Gainesville, Florida. Former wife to Robert H. Curtis and loving mother to John R. Curtis and Austen S. Curtis. Daughter to Mona Marcelle Costantino and Nicholas Vincent Costantino. Sister to Marc, Joel, Jason and Monique. 

 

Graduate of The University of Florida receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Missie will be fondly remembered by her family and friends as a loving mother, humorist, gardenerette and protector of animals close and far to her heart.  

 

A very special thank you to Missie’s son, John Curtis, for being her sidekick, friend, confidant and carer.  We extend many thanks to her Sister in Law, Helen Curtis, for her amazing guidance and support during this difficult time and to the staff at UF Health Shand’s Hospital and Haven E.T. York Hospice Care Center. Their attention and care throughout was exceptional.
