Nadine Alice Lovell

Nadine Alice Lovell passed away peacefully at home on May 29, 2025 in Ocala, Florida.
Nadine was born on August 29, 1933 to Greville and Alice (Wilnef) Lohnes. She is survived by her daughter Jill Schmeck of Ocala, granddaughter Alison Schmeck of New Haven, Connecticut also numerous cousins, nieces & nephews in Canada.
Nadine was predeceased by her husband Richard Lovell and brother Bryce of Alberta. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
Nadine worked as a secretary at Dauphinees Block Shop in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia for 12 years. She especially enjoyed living in Marathon in the Florida Keys. She was a true animal lover. She enjoyed cooking, working in her gardens, sewing, antique hunting and reading. She loved the six months a year that she spent at the family home in Maplewood, Nova Scotia.
Nadine was a kind and caring soul. She will be forever remembered and missed by family and friends!

Jill and family, My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mother. It was enjoyable to stop in to visit Nadine when she was home in Maplewood. I am very happy we made that first stop in to meet the owner of Dad's grandparents. Christine
