  3. Our mother was a special person in life and will be missed by those who new her. She lived a full and wonderful life with our father by her side until he too was called away. After her life of raising four boys she began a new life as an accomplished painter, author and celebrated artist. Creating some of the most beautiful authentic American Indian crafts as she was also a member of the Cherokee Indian Reservation. She was a published author of children's books of which only one was published but many were written. As for her paintings they hang in some of the most prestigious homes and galleries in America. I would like to take a moment to thank my brother David for his loving support in our mothers end days. Even as the past haunts him he still showed compassion and a deep sense of caring for our mother. He is truly a good man, brother and son. My brother Tim even in his sometimes unfortunate circumstances was always helpful in his own way as a leaning post, someone to depend on for advise and guidance after moms transition from this life to her live in eternity. But with all this said Nina Ann Gunnison has left this world to a new home leaving a valuable mark not only with her many talents but with the children and there legacy. You three will always be in my heart. Remember the only ones crying over the loss of a loved one is us. Our loved one is at peace in a beautiful place we will only know when it our time to meet them.

  4. My family lived across the steet in Daytona from her and her family. Was saddened to hear of her passing, my deepest sympathy to David, Michael, and Tim. RIP Mrs. Gunnison
