Peggy Joyce Zbell

Peggy Joyce Zbell, beloved mother, grandmother and cherished friend passed away on December 26th in St. Augustine, FL. She was 83 years old.

Peggy was born in Owensboro, Ky on April 16th, 1942 to the late Earl and Elizabeth Lawrence. She fell in love with St. Augustine while on a vacation with her daughters and vowed to live there one day. She would move there a couple of years later where she happily lived the rest of her days. Peggy enjoyed working for many years at The Old Drugstore museum and gift shop as a valued employee. She then transitioned to North Beach Camp Resort from where she would eventually retire.

Peggy is survived by her beloved daughters, Kellie McDaniel and Liz (Luanne) Rogers and son in-law, Carl. Also a grandson she was so proud of, Justin Adams.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Zbell.

A private memorial service will be held for Peggy at a later date.
