Ralph Anthony Estrada Sr
Ralph A. Estrada, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was born in Middletown, N.Y., to Carmela Manco Estrada and Luis B. Estrada, Sr, on February 25, 1955. Ralph had a passion for volunteer work. He was a volunteer firefighter in Montgomery, N.Y., the former president of the Montgomery Lions Club, and current president of the Dunnellon Lions Club. He launched Carmela’s Restaurant in Montgomery where his business thrived for twenty years before bringing Carmela’s menu to Dunnellon for twenty years more. An active member of the VFW Riders District 7, he loved riding and was lovingly referred to as “Guido” by members of another Bike Brothers riding club.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 46 years, April Holladay Estrada; their daughter, Angela and Jennifer Estrada; two sons, Ralph, Jr, and Nerissa Estrada; and Joseph Estrada; granddaughters, his pride-and-joys, Briyana and Emma Estrada; three brothers, Vincent Estrada; Luis, Jr, and wife Debbie Estrada; and John Estrada; two sisters, Florinda Estrada and companion, Russ Culver; Susie and husband, Mike Miller; his uncle, Anthony and wife Angela Manco; eighteen nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog Lily. He was predeceased by brother Raymond. Ralph will be missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
