Rayling Ine

Rayling Ine Age 67 of Jacksonville, FL passed away on April 23, 2021 after a battle with cancer.

Born to Father: Chen Hua Ine and Mother: Show-Fong (Lin) Ine In Keelung, Taiwan.  Married James Rhodes in Tallahassee, FL on January 27^th, 1996.  Rayling is survived by sister Shenlin, adopted brother Showlin, and predeceased brother DaLing Ine. 

               Rayling is a Humanities graduate of Florida State University of Tallahassee, FL and a 21 year veteran of the State of Florida Department of Revenue.  Rayling is also a Professional Photographer whom founded “The Excellent Image Photography” in Tallahassee.
