Richard Allen Smith

Richard Allen Smith (Rick) 72 years - a long-time resident of St. Augustine, Florida passed away with a long battle with leukemia in Gainesville, Fl ,his wife was by his side when he drifted off to be with the Lord. Richard passed away on September 13, 2022, Richard was born on November 19th, 1949, in Pensacola, Florida. Rick is survived by his wife Lola Rebecca McDaniel, his two daughters Amber Rose Hennessey, Sommer Lynn Warring, and his grandchildren Anastasia, Vilana, Jett, Alex, Cove, Nyle, Ava, Ricky, Gage, Thea. His two brothers John and Steve Smith and other loved ones. He served on the USS IN TREPID for the US Navy, Rick also attended college in Gainesville, Florida and studied liberal arts, he also worked in car sales for Bozard Ford for many years. Rick was a member of the Elks Club of St. Augustine and an avid fisherman and a Big Gators Fan! The Family would also like to thank all our family and friends for their support and prayers.
