Richard Edwin Devlin

Richard was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on September 28, 1949 to George Devlin and Anna Conger. Graduated from Wellston High School in 1967. Joined the USAF in 1969 serving in Laredo, Texas, Selma, Alabama, and Kadena, Okinawa. Returned to Wellston, Ohio for a short time, before moving his family to Gainesville, Florida in 1983. He is survived by his wife, Mary; brothers: Robert (Diana) and George; sons: Eric (Lori and grandson, Morgan), Sean, Cory (Melanie), and Ross.
