Ricklon Lee "Frappe" Godfrey (age 63) passed quietly in is sleep on the early morning of February 2, 2108. The loving father and husband of Gavin Lee Godfrey, Alexis Skye Godfrey and wife of 27 years Sarah. Rick was also survived by his older children, Karli, Courtney and Tara of Vermont and Jennifer of California. He had 9 grand children Camryn, Bailey, Austin, Anya, Caden, Lucas, Holyden, Degland and Logan (Pre-deceased) of Vermont and one nephew, Kevin D Godfrey Jr of Orlando. He will be missed by his sister and brother Karlon D Godfrey and Kevin D Godfrey. Rick was an U.S. Air Force Veteran, stationed in Las Vegas, NV and an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He loved living in Bronson, Florida and volunteering at Bronson Elementary school. He will live in our hearts forever. May the light of the moon shine on you on your way to that Stairway to Heaven!

I was good friends with Rick’s family many years ago when he was in elementary school, his mother being one of my best friends, but lost touch with them along the way….so sorry for all his family and friends . Condolences to all……..
I miss this man so much. My heart is broken. As my kids Gavin and Alexis say ,Its never going to be the same .
To all Rick’s family, I’m sorry I never got to know him as an adult. Rick was always special, adventurous and committed. I know these traits made him a wonderful Father, Husband and Brother to the rest of his extended family. I will always admire and love you Rick.
So so sorry for your loss. I knew Rick as a kid in FL. He turned out to be a wonderful man. May he rest in peace and always look down on you to protect and guide you.

One day Liz and I were backing out of the driveway and I accidentally hit the back of Rick’s truck. The first thing Rick said when he learned of it was, was anyone hurt?” “If not, don’t worry about it.” His reaction reflects that he cared about family. May his loved ones remember all the good memories you shared and know you were and are loved.

It’s been over a year Gavin is turning 12 Alexis is 15 . I wish you were here to see them they are turning into great people. You would and should be proud your always with us everyday we talke about you and to you I hope you hear us. We miss you so much I love you boo
