Robert Vanderslice

Robert Vanderslice, of Ocala, FL, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away in the presence of his loving family on October 16, 2024. He was 92

Surviving are daughter Terri Vanderslice, son Randy Vanderslice, grandchildren Amanda Vanderslice and Maddie Vanderslice, and great-grandson Bryce Vanderslice, all of Ocala. He is also survived by son-in-law James Rinnier Jr., grandson Thomas Rinnier, and brother William Vanderslice , as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Florence (Chase), daughter Elaine Vanderslice Rinnier, daughter- in-law Teresa (Wallen) Vanderslice, and son Wayne Vanderslice.

A native of Salem NJ, he was born to parents William G. Vanderslice and Florence T. (Brown) Vanderslice. He had seven siblings: Matilda Vanderslice, George Vanderslice, Martha Vanderslice, Josephine Vanderslice, Frieda Vanderslice, William Vanderslice, and Howard Vanderslice

He was a United States Army veteran. His hobbies were coin collecting, watching football and boxing, listening to various music, and collecting Hess trucks.
