Steven Colley

Steven Hunter Colley (66) passed away in his sleep at his residence in Waldo, FL Thursday morning, April 13, 2023.

Steven was born in Pensacola, FL on June 4, 1956 to Mr. Daniel and Mrs. Florence Colley.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son Daniel Colley, brothers Daniel (Waldo, FL) and Robert (Lori)(Jamestown, TN), three nephews, Phillip Colley (Anna), Jason Colley (Lindsey) and Jonathan Colley, one niece, Sara Lynn Colley and many cousins.

Steve graduated from Pensacola Christian High School in 1974, Pensacola Jr College in 1976 and studied Pre-Law at Florida State University. He worked most of his adult life in construction and was an active member of the First Baptist Church, Waldo, FL, a talented singer, a BSA Eagle Scout, a sports enthusiast and a lifelong avid golfer. Steve also worked as a Ranger at the Ironwood Golf Course, Gainesville, FL. Steve would challenge your religious and political beliefs to make you strong. His humor will be sorely missed.
A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service was held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the First Baptist Church, Waldo, FL.
