Steve Butler, 65, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on November 8th . Born and raised in Tampa, Steve devoted his life to family, his community, and his calling as a career firefighter. His steady strength, his generous heart, and his quiet courage touched countless lives throughout the years.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Diana; his children, Amy Herndon, Steven Butler, and Eric Butler; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Butler, and his treasured grandchildren, Camryn , Cole, Alexis and Olivia, all of who were the pride of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents , Gus and Dottie Butler.
Steve will always be remembered for his quiet strength, his generosity, and the love he shared with those around him.

When we met Steve, we saw a gentle man with a gentle Spirit. We could see the love he had for his family, his friends, and the love he had for horses. He was a great conversationalist, a joy to spend time with. He will be very deeply, deeply missed. Our condolences and our prayers are with his family. -
