Mrs. Elliott, Wendy and Ted, so very sorry to hear of this. He is in a much better place now. I will always have fond memories of Mr. Elliott. My prayers for you all will continue. Paul
U were a wonderful man. Jeff cared for you greatly. So did I.
Ted was well loved by family and friends. He was also helpful, whenever he visited, he would fix things.
Outside of being one the most multi talented person at fixing stuff he was the best practical jokester ! When visiting us in Wisconsin he would always bring hot thermos of coffee to Dad at the station, Dad would always complain saying “dammit Elliott why do always have that so hot?” So of course Ted doing what Ted does, brought him ice cold coffee which Dads first taste ended on the shop floor ! Everyone present including Dad burst out laughing! The look on Dads face ….priceless!
Another time Mom was backing the not so old black 68 Caprice station wagon out of the garage in the summer (windows open) and there was Ted crouched down outside the garage door (out of sight) with a stick which in a timely fashion he broke over his knee! Everyone that witnessed it had a great laugh at Moms expense, even Mom after the fact!
Ted was a great guy and always fun to be around no matter what you were doing!
Ted was the greatest friend to me and my son. That guy could fix anything, what a mind for engines! And for the human engine he showed always kindness, consideration, empathy and love for all beings. I will miss Mr. Elliott as we all will at the Creek will. Wonderful family the Elliotts my heart goes out to Wendy, Teddy and Barbara, and of course Mia, Ted's dog.
