Thomas Ray O'Bier Jr.

This short obituary doesn't give my brother justice. Was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Air Force. Tom also retired from the San Jose Public School District in the Special Ed dept. that he put his heart and soul into for his students. He loved animals and animals would gravitate to him. My dogs loved him because he always came to my house with treats.
No matter what differences we had in life he will always be my big brother that Halloween decoration and loved giving candy out to the kids. This world will be at a loss with Tom in it, but heaven gained an angel for a veteran that will need him.

This is such a shock. I just sent him a special Christmas card and letter I was so hoping to see him this Christmas.
