Tina Elizabeth Guthrie

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Elizabeth Guthrie, age 55, of Ocklawaha, Florida. Tina passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Roanoke, Virginia, and raised in New Castle, Virginia, Tina carried her strong roots with her throughout her life. She was known for her kindness, her remarkable strength, and the way she always put others before herself.

Tina shared 35 beautiful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Darrell, who stood faithfully by her side through every moment. She was a proud and loving mother to her three daughters—Kristina, Megan, and Heather—who were the light of her life. Tina was also a cherished BamMaw to six grandchildren whom she adored with all her heart: Brantly, Braylen, Brysen, Dixie, Carson, and Grayson.

A devoted Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, and Best Friend. Tina had a gift for offering comfort, guidance, and love to everyone around her. Tina loved writing and was a phenomenal published Author. She truly loved her family and friends. She had a special way of making people feel understood and supported, and she touched countless lives with her compassion, wisdom, and strength.

Tina made Ocklawaha her home, where she built a life full of love, laughter, and lasting memories. Her family and friends will forever carry her warmth and legacy in their hearts.

Tina’s memory will continue to live on through the love she gave, the lives she shaped, and the strength she inspired in everyone who knew her.
