Troy Michael Grant

January 13, 1962 ~ June 26, 2024

Troy Michael Grant, 62, of Fort White, Florida passed away June 26, 2024.

Troy was born and raised in and around Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He loved telling stories about all of the adventures he had with his brothers growing up and how close they all were. He was a transmission specialist and had been working with cars since he was 18 years old. He loved reading the Sunday paper outside on his porch and playing with his dog every single weekend. He was an avid automotive collector and enjoyed watching NASCAR and WWE wrestling. He was an extremely outgoing person and had never met a stranger in his life. He would talk to and help anyone however he could. 

He was a member of the High Springs Lions Club where he met and was loved by so many friends.

Troy is survived by his mother, Marlene Katherine Reeves, brother, Mark Grant (Carol), brother, Dane Grant, wife, Leila Grant, daughter, Cayla Albritton, daughter, Rachel (fiancé Dillon), daughter, Meshell Grant, stepdaughter, Angel Dowda, stepson, Karl Dowda, and granddaughter, Emmaleigh Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Everett Grant and brother, Tom Grant.

While his passing has saddened the community as a whole he was surrounded by loving family and had an amazing support system.
