I was in the navy with Willard aboard the USS Silverstein DE 534, we have kept in touch and my wife and I have visited with his 3 different times and we would talk on the phone often. Was very sorry to find out about his death, I talked to him in Dec 2017 so was really surprised to hear about his death. Will miss him.
