William S. Blair, age 54, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on August 23, 2018 in Jacksonville surrounded by his loving family at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring. He was born November 17, 1963 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, son of Francis and Judith Blair. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Blair family.

What a sweet and touching surprise to see a photograph which I took of Billy and Baxter as the one you chose for his obituary. What can we say of this dear, sweet soul? We can say he made the world a more beautiful place by his talents and by his own treasure to so many. Billy was a good friend to me and my mother, Joyce. She would drive 500 miles for him to do her hair. His genuine love and kindness is missed. "Love you more than my luggage". You are loved and missed.
I am so sorry for your loss. I haven’t seen Billy since he was really young but it just seems like yesterday. He always was smiling and made everyone laugh. Back then he would always sing to our request….we always loved hearing him sing. I will continue to pray for your family for peace and comfort.
