William E. Card, " Bill" 79, of Tampa, Florida, left us on April 15th from natural causes, surrounded by his loved ones.
Bill was preceded to Heaven by his wife Anna Carol Card, his parents , Pauline Stewart Card Vanover and Thomas Jackson "Jack" Card, his sister Paula Sue Card Vance, his brothers Benjamin Richard "Sonny' Card, James Edward "Jim" Card.
Bill is survived by his daughters Clarissa Kaye Card, Connie Suzanna Chiques, Linda Karen Childers, grandchildren Ryan William Catharine, Brianna Jacy Chiques, Bryn Anthony Chiques, Bryce William Louis Chiques, his sister Jacqueline Carol Card, brother Charles Roy Card and his niece Cherie Card Dalske, and Tommy Card.
He will be greatly missed by his family.
