Donna, I am so saddened to hear of Bill’s passsing. I so loved Bill and his dry sense of humor. He kept me laughing the entire time I was around him. We met in 1973 and managed to keep in touch throughout my time in DCPS. I missed him once I retired.
I cannot imagine the grief you are experiencing and only hope you know I am sending you my love and concern for you and the family. Sandy Wines
