Rodney Dean Gardiner

Retired MSgt. Rodney Dean Gardiner, 71, passed away peacefully November 27, 2025 at a nursing facility in Gainesville, Florida.

Rodney is preceded in death by his parents, William Earl and Wanda Dee Gardiner, his brother, Dr. Randall Gardiner and nephew, Jacob.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 27 years, Joanne, sons, Dustin, Chad, Timothy and Christopher, step children, Elizabeth and Robby, brother, Dan, sisters, Jackie and Kristien, 11 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Rodney proudly served in the Air Force 20 years before retiring in 1995.  He loved reminiscing about all the wonderful people he served with during his military career.

He enjoyed golfing, football and riding his Harley.  He will be dearly missed!

    I’ve know Rodney and his family for over 15 years with pleasure of working with him at Exactech and being my close friend.
    He will be missed very much so.
    He is with our Lord and Savior now until we see him again!
