I thought cremation of a loved one would be a traumatic and a dramatic experience but I was so wrong. I didn’t have any idea it would be so simple, calming and reassuring. Lindsay, the funeral director, was so professional, comforting and caring. She took care of everything and made sure the information on the death certificate was correct. She gave her best for my husband’s final wishes. I also received the thumbprints our family members requested for a keepsake since Catholic religion wants the ashes intact and not one tiny bit removed. The process was timely and efficient. I highly recommend Crevasse’s Simple Cremation in St Augustine. They’re compassionate, caring and excellent at what they do.

Crevasse’s staff is friendly, empathetic, and easy to work with. I did appreciate how they always answer the phone and equip to answer related questions. They were organized and timely with the process. I felt comfortable with them, especially when things are difficult enough after loosing a loved one.

I was more than satisfied with the services I received from Crevasse's Saint Augustine office. The cremation had been prearranged and prepaid and Crevasse's did everything they promised and kept me informed along the way. I cannot say enough about the compassion shown by each of the staff I encountered. They were a blessing at a difficult time.
