Beatriz “Beth” Cordero McMillion, 60, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away on August 27th, 2024 after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer.
Beth was born on October 30th, 1963 to Felomino and Juanita Cordero in Eastern Samar, the Philippines. In the early 1990s, Beth emigrated from the Philippines to the United States. In the early 2000s, Beth began working for Walmart Supercenter in Fort Walton Beach. She was an associate for over 20 years at the retail location.
Beth loved spending time with family and friends most of all. She also enjoyed tending to her many house plants, traveling, cooking, watching Filipino soap operas, and fishing. Beth was strong-willed and known by all for her hard work ethic, sense of adventure, and kindhearted nature.
Beth was predeceased by her parents Felomino and Juanita, and her sister Ellen. She is survived by her two daughters, Gwen and Kimberly; her sisters Violeta, Edwina, Susana, Lilia, and Marites; her brothers Felomino and Gerry along with her many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date in Fort Walton Beach for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests giving memorial donations to the following organizations:
