Carol J Neff

Carol Jean Moore Neff, 65 of Interlachen died peacefully with her husband by her side at Haven Hospice in Palatka Florida on November 15, 2017 after a brief illness.  Carol was retired from the town of Interlachen as the Town Clerk, a job which she loved.  Carol was born on July 9, 1952 in Ft. Pierce Fl and was a graduate of Ft. Pierce High School.  Carol was proceeded in death by her parents Joe Moore and Eugenia Albritton Moore, her sister Margie Moore McMillan all of Ft. Pierce and her grandson Josh Tileston of Alachua Fl.  She is survived by her husband James L. Neff of Interlachen, her mother n law Ruby Fern Neff of Ohio, daughters Christina Neff Arapolu of Australia, and Levida Tileston (Darby) of Alachua, her grandchildren, Lauren Tileston (Ryan Lee), and Shelby Tileston (Will Jordan) of Alachua Fl., and Ella Arapolu of Australia.  One Great-grandson Colten Lee of Alachua, a brother Joe Moore jr. of Ft. Pierce as well as her niece Stephanie, and Nephew Michael and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.  Carol was an amazing and giving person who would do anything for anyone and she will truly be missed by all, and we are all better for being a part of her life.   Anyone wishing to make a donation on her behalf to Haven Hospice in Palatka that would be greatly appreciated as they were amazing to her and her family! .

  3. I had a private ceremony for you with Ella, at Woodman Point Beach, here in Western Australia. We will do it every year. I hope you are at peace now.
