Catherine Meyers

Catherine (Pasko) Meyers, of Ocala FL, has ended her 85-year journey home on November 16, 2020.

Born in Reading PA January 10, 1935, to parents Thomas Pasko and Helen Schwartz, she attended Reading Senior High School, graduating in 1952. Married Milton Meyers on February 7, 1953. She worked at Berkshire Knitting Mills, Ludens Candy, Hawthorne Nursing Home and did household cleaning for a local church and some of her friends. Divorced in 1994. Lived in Reading for a while then moved to Virginia Beach VA in 1996. Moved to Cape May Court House NJ in 2006. Then moved to Ocala FL in 2012 to fulfill a lifetime dream of living in FL. The weather there was better for her health. As recently as March 2020 we would be driving along in FL and she and I, Joyce, would look at each other and say, “We cannot believe we actually live in FL.”

Her crowning glory were her nine children. Her pride in each and every one of them was often expressed in conversations. We would go to a Dr. office for an appointment and while sitting in the waiting room within 5 minutes she would tell everyone there she had 9 children.

She is survived by her son in Birdsboro PA James Meyers, his spouse, Michele, their daughter Leilyn Matousek, her spouse, Corey, her children Masen and Laila.

Daughter in Salinas CA, Debra Hill, spouse Louis; her children, Mark Belloni, spouse Anjanette; their children Devlin, Ayden, and Phelan; LeighAnn Meagher, spouse Seth, her son, Jackson; son Zachary, spouse Perry.

Daughter in Reading PA Catherine Krohn, spouse Jeff, sons James Spence, wife Erin, their children, Evelyn and Teagan; Alex Spence; Andrew Spence.

Daughter Margaret Allison in Columbia MD, spouse Rich; her daughter Megan Edwards, spouse Justin, their children Justin and Victoria. A son to

Margaret was Kevin Johns, deceased. Margaret step children; stepdaughter Jessica Ferrer, spouse Mack and children Evangeline, Lilly and Sadie, and stepdaughter Amy Wilhelm, spouse Michael, their daughter Eloise.

Daughter Barbara Paskowski in Reinholds PA, spouse Ronald, their children, Elise and Ryan.

Daughter in Reading PA Mary Meyers, her children, Genesis Shearer, her children, Cassidy and Xavier; Meredith Walker, spouse James; their daughter, Idella; Mary daughter, Olivia Yachnich; Mary son Joseph Yachnic.

Son Christopher Meyers in Bernville PA, spouse Heather.

Daughter, Helene Poulios in Virginia Beach VA, spouse Michael, their sons, Jacob and Ian.

A brother, Thomas Pasko, Jr of Annandale VA, spouse Josephine.

A sister Sandra Kurz of Ephrata PA, spouse Albert.
