  1. Not sure if anyone checks this, I just wanted to say, my heart absolutely broke when I looked this up. I used to be a CNA for her at Hunters Crossing. I check these types of things from time to time checking in on my residents. Ms. Pat really was one of my absolute favorite people to have met in my feild, it was such a great pleasure getting to know her, becoming friends and loving her truly. Her and I would laugh all the time, sometimes when I just needed a break I'd go to her room and just sit with her while she fell asleep and we would just talk and talk. She always knew how to cheer me up and I'd do my best for her. I always will remember her full of life and smiles. She had the BEST sense of humor, always could find a positive in everything. My deepest condolences to your family.
