Cleatis Ray Whitt, 59, of Old Town, FL passed away on Monday, March 15,2021. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Mellissa and Winthrop Boulware, step son Michael Florence, step grandaughter Courtney Whitt and companion Sarah Whitt.
