Daisy Rivera

Daisy Rivera, 50, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on May 31, 2018 at her home in Jacksonville surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born March 15, 1968 in New York City, New York, daughter of Jesus and Rosaura Ortiz. Daisy loved knitting and shopping at Walmart, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Rivera family.
