March 1, 1965 - August 18, 2024

Daniel (Danny) Connors passed away peacefully on the morning of August 18th surrounded by his daughter, Amanda Connors, ex-wife and dear friend, Amelia Connors, and family dog Georgia. He battled an incurable cancer diagnosis for just over two years, yet always remained optimistic and fought to the very end. While we are deeply saddened, we find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain and will be joining his father, Eugene Thommen, and stepfather, Wes (Papa) Connors in heaven.

Better known as the Professional Handyman of Gainesville, he was a dedicated craftsman with an incredible work ethic. In his spare time, he loved to be on the lake bass fishing or riding through mountain trails on his Razor. There was never a dull moment with Danny and you could always count on him tinkering in his garage with some new project. Everything he did was for his family and we will cherish all of the memories we had with him. 

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
