David E. Vostrejs went to meet our Lord, Wednesday, June 21, 2017. He fought his cancer and Parkinson's with the same determination and passion as he did everything in his life. David began his life on November 9, 1952, in Oklahoma. Although he had experienced life in many states, he had been residing in Ocala for over 26 years. He was married to Mary, was Dad to 4 children; Eddie, Amanda, Michelle, and Andrea, and Papa to 7; Starr, Marcellus, Anastasya, Michael, Sophia, Gabriel, and Pierce. David devoted his life to his family, and helping those in need. Although for most of his life he worked in retail management, in his last years he worked doing what he did best. He will always be remembered as our Mr. Fix-It. David/Dad/Papa could fix anything. He was a good son, wonderful husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather. He will be missed by us all.

Words can not describe how sorry I am. Lots of hugs
David was such a sweet caring man. Working with Mary and listening to her talk about David and her adventures, I saw such a beautiful bond. David, you will be truly missed but not forgotten. We will take care of Mary for you. God Bless
Deepest sympathy to all the family on David’s passing. May you be comforted by many wonderful memories. I will remember David as a Tampa Bay Bucs fan, and a devoted family man. May David rest in peace in the arms of our maker. Love & peace to you all, Betty
My deepest sympathy and prayers to Davids family. Though I didn’t know him well, I know he loved his family and was a super supportive husband. He was gentle and determined in his demeanor. His fight has ended and now he will rest.
I’m so sorry for your loss. He’s in good hands. I didn’t know he had Parkinson also. I pray for you and your family.
