Donald D. “Dandy Don” Snodie, 79, went to his heavenly home unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. He was taken away from us way too soon. He was born July 22, 1940 in North Prairie, WI to Bernard and Vera Snodie. He was a Christian and was a member of Meadowbrook Church, Ocala, FL. Don loved NASCAR racing and watching the Green Bay Packers football games. He will always be cherished in the hearts of his family and many friends.
Don was married to his loving wife, Janet Snodie, for 62 years. In addition to his wife, Don is survived by his five children, Donald (Lynn) Snodie, Jr. of Cambridge, WI, Peni Kramer (Dan Bock) of Jefferson, WI., Wanda (Jeff) Waters of Ocala, FL, Sheryl Snodie of Melbourne, FL and Lisa (Jay) Schrimsher of Ocklawaha, FL. He also leaves to cherish his memories a brother, Richard Snodie of Fort Atkinson, WI and 3 sisters, Lori (Jay) Kogle of Cambridge, WI, Bernadine (Keith) Cook of Rutledge, TN and Marge Mortazavi of Camp Verde, AZ; 12 grand children and 13 great-grand children along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.







I am so happy we had so much fun our times we were able to spend together. I love you and you will be deeply missed by many.

Janet, this time of my life has been the hardest I have experience losing Don I don't know why and have been looking for the answer but have just bared my thought of Don and all our experiences we had together including you. Thank you for all these years for excepting me I am grateful for your kind ness over the years and what you have had to put up with. I am so sorry for your loss of don and Rodger my sympathy to the family. The 12 years I was apart of the family I learned that don and Janet were very great loving people and that love that they had would last forever

It is with sadness that Uncle Donny has passed on, but I bet grandma Huber is so glad to greet another son to the party. She is sharing her Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and enjoying the company.
