Elizabeth Anne Luscinskas, age 88, of St. Johns, Florida passed away on September 21, 2018. She was born July 11, 1930, daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Hogan. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Luscinskas family.

  1. I worked with Betty in the 70’s in Stuart as an RN at Hospice of Martin County – She was a real mentor in many ways – We entertained her and Ed at our home in Palm City at the time – She will be missed by me and was a real example of a true Hospice Nurse –
